Mutate.io (mutatio for those who prefer) is a game for multiplayer identical to agar.io. Players are able to control small creatures may feed, expand in size, transform and even use to attack players.
This game was developed for The Pygame Community New Years jam (theme mutation) I wanted using the jam as a way to gain knowledge about networking as well as experiment with game dev habits that I’m still not familiar with (e.g. Global state).
The only server currently available is mine: 34.76.77.52, and I am likely to maintain it for at minimum a month following the date of release. The maximum number of concurrent clients allowed is 10.
