Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from Crossbell, is returning home to carry on the legacy of his brother and join Crossbell Police Department. He arrives to find that his position has been transferred to Special Support Section. This is a section that handles minor and odd requests. The new team he’s assigned to includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who is womanizing) as well as Tio Plato (young technology genius).
Lloyd and his coworkers continue their struggle for a better city, even though their department is ridiculed by the media. As they do, however they are slowly confronted with the corrupt criminality that has engulfed their city. They aren’t aware of how wide the shadows from Crossbell City reach…
